Ceramic or Porcelain Hardest and the most scratch, heat, chemical, water and stain resistant of all worktops. Available in thickness 12mm - 150mm mitred.
Quartz Stain resistant, very tough and available in solid colours, mirror effect and marble effect.
Granite The most natural of all tops. Variety of colours with natural variations in pattern. Is susceptible to staining however regular protective cleaning products can be applied to keep it looking gorgeous.
Glass Uber contempoary. Available in any colour. Can scratch easily as can your glass coffee table. Best used in luxury homes with little kitchen use. Breakfast bars and splashbacks are the most frequently used features with glass.
Corian Matt finish with the ability to be completely seamless, including seamless sinks (NO JOINS). Loads of colours available. Available in thickness 12mm - 150mm mitred. Only downside is that it can scratch, but can easily be polished out. Can scorch or burn under high temperature, but again can be repaired seamlessly.
